Zune 2 Reviews

The Zune 2 is the second generation of the Microsoft MP3 players. They were released in November of 2007 as an upgrade to the originaly Zune players, offering more memory and larger LCD screens in a smaller package. 3. Display: 1.8-3 inch glass LCD screen

Wired Magazine critics appreciate the overhaul in the software aspects, leaving a cleaner interface that is easier to navigate. They are also excited about the Zune Social, which allows friends and family to see what you are watching or listening to.

Crunch Gear however sees the Zune 2 as an improvement over the initial models, but feel they still fall short of the competing iPods. PC Magazine thinks the Zune 2's video features could use some improvements, to allow for a wider variety of video files to be played.
