Zoo York

Zoo York is an urban clothing company with deep roots in the skateboarding and BMX industry as well as graffiti culture of the 1970s. Their clothing line includes t-shirts, hoodies, jeans, sneakers, and skateboards.

Zoo York caters to the urban streetwear fashion trend with a sporty edge. The clothing is available for men and women with designs and cuts influenced by skateboard fashion. A variety of textures are used in their clothing including cotton, fleece, knits, and denim.

Zoo York was originally a name dubbed by New York City artist Marc Andre Edmonds, also known as ALI, for a subway tunnel underneath Central Park Zoo where graffiti crews would gather at night and mark their territory by tagging walls in the 1960s and 1970s.
