Zhang Ziyi is a Chinese actress. She was born on February 9, 1979 in Beijing, China. At the age of 11, Ziyi entered the Beijing Dance Academy. When she was 15, she joined the Central Academy of Drama. Ziyi is romantically linked to venture capitalist Vivi Nevo. Nevo previously dated actress Kate Moss.
Acting Career

Ziyi made her acting debut in the film The Road Home in 2000. She became famous for her role as Jen Yu in the film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Since then, she has appeared in Rush Hour 2, Hero, Purple Butterfly, House of Flying Daggers and Princess Raccoon. Her more recent works include Memoirs of a Geisha, The Banquet, TMNT, The Horsemen and Mei Lanfang.
