Zentact

Zentact is a new social networking browser plug-in for Firefox that helps users keep track of their numerous online social contacts and lets them know when to contact their friends to share mutually interesting information. 1. Zentact uses your existing contacts from Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft and LinkedIn.
2. You tag your contacts with topics they may be interested in.

Long-term, I can see Zentact being exceptionally useful to professional networkers, especially people in sales, marketing and business development. The company is working on integration with Salesforce and other customer relationship management systems, to make the pairing of existing networks and its recommendations more useful.
