Zachary Ashley is allegedly one of two Florida boys who kept a lookout while 6 other girls assaulted Victoria Lindsay.
Lindsay suffered a concussion, bruises and injuries to her left eye and ear that have left her with a loss of both vision and hearing. One of the suspected attackers mothers', Christina Garcia, claimed that Lindsay provoked the attack by threatening several of the girls on MySpace.
According to Garcia, Ashley's parents are trying to obtain surveillance footage from a convenience store to prove Zachary Ashley was elsewhere when the beating took place.
As of April 12, 2008, Ashley had been released from jail on bail.
