Yung Berg is an American rapper whose debut single, Sexy Lady, received heavy air play. The Chicago, Illinois, native was signed to Bloodline Records, owned by rapper DMX, at the age of 15.
On February 24, 2010 TMZ reported that Berg had been robbed and beaten by intruders at a house party in Los Angeles he attended the previous weekend. TMZ reported that four suspects entered the party with firearms at around 2 a.m and beat two people, including Berg, with firearms. Arrests
Yung Berg was arrested in New York City on August 9, 2008, and charged with marijuana possession, possession of a weapon and menacing.
Berg was previously arrested on December 21, 2007, for smoking marijuana while recording rapper Ray J's single, "Sexy Can I," which features Berg. He was detained in the Miami-Dade Jail.
