Your Mama Don't Dance is a Lifetime network reality television show that pairs experienced dance students up with their parents in competition. The students enter the competition thinking that they will be competing on their own. In the premiere episode, the judges reveal that their partners are actually their parents.
Along the way the couples work out long held grudges, misunderstandings, and learn more about each other. The winner of the contest will be awarded a prize worth $100,000.
