On July 14, 2008, during the Microsoft press conference at E3 2008, it was announced that Netflix will soon be available on Xbox Live. Subscribers to the online video rental store will have access to the entire Netflix video library on their Xbox 360 consoles at no additional cost. Videos can be shared with friends, allowing people in different locations to watch movies together.
