Wyoming Election Results

Notably a historic Republican stronghold, the 2010 Fall Midterm elections shored up the Republican stronghold in Wyoming. Citizens of Wyoming voted for Governor, 1 House of Representative seat, Superintendents of Public Instruction, Auditor, Secretary of State and Treasurer.http://elections.nytimes.com/2010/results/wyoming

All positions were won by the Republican contender. For Governor, Matt Mead took hold of the governor's office, after being held primarily by Democrats for the past 35 years. The House of Representatives seat for District 1 was won by Lummis. Superintendent of Public Instruction was won by Cindy Hill and the Secretary of State went to incumbent Max Maxfield. Both the Auditor and Treasurer positions were uncontested races, with Cynthia Cloud winning the Auditor position and Joe Meyer winning Treasurer.http://elections.nytimes.com/2010/results/wyoming
