Night of Champions is a professional wrestling pay-per-view event held by World Wrestling Entertainment. There are websites that claim to have live streaming of Night of Champions, allowing wrestling fans to watch the event for free. However, unauthorized streaming of WWE pay-per-view events is illegal and these streams are often shut down soon after being put up. Due to the fact that WWE broadcasts are copyrighted material, hosting a live stream of any WWE event is prohibited.
Night of Champions was originally called Vengeance when it began in 2001. In 2007, the event was titled Vengeance: Night of Champions due to the fact that every match was a championship match. The event was renamed simply as Night of Champions for 2008, keeping the all-championship format.
