Guide note:WrestleMania X-Seven was the 17th annual WrestleMania event produced by the World Wrestling Federation. The event took place at the Reliant Astrodome in Houston, Texas. An Astrodome record was set with 67,925 fans in attendance. The main event pitted Stone Cold Steve Austin against The Rock in a no disqualification match. Other high profile matches included Triple H versus The Undertaker, and Vince McMahon against his son Shane McMahon in a street fight. WrestleMania X-Seven also featured a gimmick battle royal with 19 famous WWF alumni including the Iron Sheik, Sgt. Slaughter, Doink the Clown, Kamala, and several others. Classic announcers "Mean" Gene Okerlund and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan did commentary for the match.
