Guide note:WrestleMania 22 was the 22nd annual WrestleMania event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment. The event was held at the Allstate Arena near Chicago, Illinois, making it the third WrestleMania to take place in the Chicago area (the others being WrestleMania 2 and WrestleMania 13). There were two championship main events. The first featured Rey Mysterio defeating Randy Orton and Kurt Angle in a triple threat match to win the World Heavyweight Championship. The second main event saw John Cena beat Triple H by submission to win the WWE Championship. The top matches on the undercard were Shawn Michaels against Vince McMahon in a no hold barred match and The Undertaker taking on Mark Henry in a Casket match. Michaels and Undertaker with both victorious.
