A Maltese pup named Scooter may be the World's Smallest Dog, claiming the title from a chihuahua from Kentucky named Boo Boo. Scooter, owned by Cheryl McKnight of New Zealand, measures in at 8 cm.
Boo Boo is only four inches tall, and had been named the World's Smallest Dog in height by the Guinness Book of World Records in 2007. Heaven Sent Brandy was named the World's Smallest Dog in length at the end of 2005.
