The New Mexico Lobos and BYU Cougars battled it out in the Mountain West Conference Tournament Women's Soccer Tournament and things got a little out of hand. BYU had taken a 1-0 lead when the action got intensely physical. The players elbowed and kicked each other, but the most egregious offender was Elizabeth Lambert (number 15) of New Mexico who took down BYU's Kassidy Shumway by the ponytail. BYU won the game 1-0, advancing to the tournament finals.

The first incident we see was when she punched the girl in the back DELIBERATELY! and she constantly deliberately fouls the other players. This is disgusting to see in such a high level soccer game. I am sorry to say but the U.S.A Referees are pretty horrible. In any other place in the world that would have NEVER gone that far. I have seen some very serious fouls before and this is why I feel this way about the American Referees. This girl should be suspended for the remainder of the season! -
