The film is a follow up to Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector. Both films feature the character of Larry the Cable Guy who is a character created by Daniel Lawrence Whitney. The character was part of the successful Blue Collar Comedy Tour and features rural,and crude, humor with a southern accent.
