    After being drafted by the New England Patriots in 1994, Willie McGinest had an impact on the team's defense almost immediately. He made his first Pro Bowl in 1996 and helped the Patriots win three Super Bowl titles, in 2001, 2003 and 2004. McGinest was named to his second Pro Bowl team in 2003.
