• Williamsburg is a small city in Virginia, known best for it's historic neighborhood of Colonial Williamsburg.
  • Fine Dining

There are two high-end restaurants managed under the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation: King's Arm Tavern and Christiana Campbell's Tavern. They are both well-rated, but each serves a different cuisine. King's Arm's menu is mainly meat, while Christiana's features more seafood. Both dining options are "popular" among tourist and residents alike, so be sure to call ahead for a reservation.
  • Affordable Dining

There are many lower cost restaurants in Williamsburg, including barbecue joints to Italian restaurants. Chowning's, also a Colonial Williamsburg Foundation site, is a "traditional style PIT BBQ." They are a family-oriented restaurant, offering entertainment, costumed servers and draft root beer. The menu is "casual" and contains such items as pulled-pork sandwiches and "Brick House" brownies.
