Williamsburg Hotels

  • Luxury Stay

The Williamsburg Inn is one of the six Colonial Williamsburg hotels, and the most expensive. This inn was actually the accommodation choice, more then once, for Queen Elizabeth II when she visited Jamestown. The hotels offers a wealth of activities, including a tennis court, "award-winning golf," a pool and spa services at the fitness center. Guest rooms are large with marble, "elaborate baths" and the overall decor is of the "19th-century Regency" era.
  • Kid-friendly Stay

When taking your children to visit Williamsburg, think about staying at the kid-friendly Great Wolf Lodge. The lodge is large, with 405 "family-sized suites," and has an indoor waterpark, an arcade and even a spa. The moderate prices, most just under $200, include a pass to the waterpark for each guest. The on-site full-service spa offers body treatments, massages, nail care and even "ice-cream themed" treatments for the kids.
  • Affordable Stay

One of the more economical, and well-rated hotels in Williamsburg is the Governor's Inn. The 200 basic rooms are all decorated in "natural wood furniture" and the rates include a free continental breakfast and use of their sister hotels, Woodlands, recreational facilities. The location is a plus also, just a short walk to the Williamsburg Historic Area.
