William F. Buckley Jr.

  • Founder of the National Review and host of PBS' Firing Line, William F. Buckley was one of America's preeminent conservative political commentators and authors. Buckley described himself as both a libertarian and a conservative. He was known for his erudition, barbed wit and uncommonly broad vocabulary.
