William McDaniel Ohman was born in Frankfurt, West Germany on August 13, 1977. He attended Ponderosa High School in Colorado. He continued his education at Pepperdine University. Pro Career
On September 19, 2000, Ohman made his MLB debut with the Chicago Cubs. In his first season, he appeared in six games and compiled an earned run average of 8.10.
