Will Herring was selected in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks. During his rookie season, Herring played in 12 games and made a total of 14 tackles. While playing in college at Auburn University, Herring played in a total of 52 games in four seasons. He recorded 237 tackles, seven interceptions and two sacks in his college career.
