Will Ferrell became a household name when he, as a comedic actor became a cast member on Saturday Night Live, he remained with the popular show for seven years.
After several successful movies, including Blades of Glory in 2007, Semi Pro in 2008 and the unforgettable You're Welcome America - A Final Night With George Bush in 2009. Ferrell is set to appear in two movies in 2010, Megamind and The Other Guys, in 2011, Ferrell is scheduled to appear in Everything Must Go
In 2010, Ferrell, along with Adam McKay started a YouTube channel called Funny or Die. The channel was the brainchild of both men and it all started about three years ago. November, 2009, was the launch of the channel and it feature funny videos by Will Ferrell written by Ferrel and McKay. After only four months of production, the Funny or Die Chanel has more than 95 videos and 75,000 subscribers
Ferrell and Mark Walberg are slated to star together as policeman, in the Sony comedy film B Team. On Tuesday June 2nd, Will Ferrell made an appearance on the Discovery Channel program Man Vs. Wild. The episode took place in the harsh tundra of Sweden, where Ferrell braved the wild alongside host Bear Grylls.

Ferrell made his mark on the small screen in many memorable roles, including his bumbling impression of George W. Bush, Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek (disgruntled by poor performances on Celebrity Jeopardy!), a cowbell-wielding member of the Blue Oyster Cult and head-bobbing Roxbury nightclub-patron Steve Butabi.
Ferrell's post-SNL career was fruitful as he made his mark in countless hit comedy movies. His roles ranged from supporting characters (Old School, Austin Powers, Zoolander) to starring roles (Anchorman, Elf, Talladega Nights) to memorable cameos (Wedding Crashers, Starsky & Hutch). He also branched out into serious roles such as Harold Crick in Stranger Than Fiction. In many of these films, Ferrell is on screen with his group of famous friends that are collectively known as "The Frat Pack," and include actors Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson and Vince Vaughn.
