• Wild Wild West is a western based comedy inspired by the 1960s television program of the same name. The film follows two men who must save the president (Ulysses S. Grant) from an assassination attempt. Upon fighting the assassins, they meet Artemus Gordon and Arliss Loveless, the inventors of mechanical creatures including nitroglycerine-powered penny-farthing bicycles, spring-loaded notebooks, bulletproof chainmail, flying machines, steam tanks, and Loveless's giant mechanical spider. After the two agents kill the assassins, they are inaugurated into the newly formed Secret Service.
