Plot Synopsis
Sailor Ripley, played by Nicolas Cage, reunites with his girlfriend Lula Fortune, played by Laura Dern after he is released from prison for a manslaughter conviction. He immediately breaks parole and he and Lula take off on a wild cross-country adventure. Unfortunately, Lula's crazy, but rich, mother, played by Diane Ladd, has sent a murderous thug after the couple to kill Sailor and bring Lula home. In addition, Sailor's parole officer is on their trail, as are several other detectives and bounty hunters. When Sailor is offered a chance to participate in a bank robbery, he must decide whether to do the job or ensure that he remains available to support Lula and the baby she has just learned she is expecting.http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/wild_at_heart/Cast
