    Using the Wii Balance Board, players can choice from over 40 different interactive activities. Some of these include measuring weight, yoga, push ups and other exercisers. A player stands on the board which has built in sensors to detect the various movements. The concept is exercise gaming which Nintendo hopes will encourge both kids and adults to be more active.
