Wife Swap is a reality television show on ABC in the United States and Channel 4 in the United Kingdom. The show takes the wives of two separate households of very distinctly different beliefs, status and lifestyles and they live in each other's house for two weeks.
How It Works
For the first week, the wife must follow the current rules of all the house and do all the things the other wife would do. In the second week, the new wife implements her rules. At the end of the two week filming segment the original couples reunite and discuss the positives and negatives of each other's parenting skills, personal habits and more.
