Who's the Boss? is an American sitcom that aired on the ABC television network from 1984 through 1992. the premise of the show concerned a retired baseball player and single father who moved into the home of a female advertising executive in Connecticut as her housekeeper.

Though people tuned in to catch the sexual tension and light banter of characters Tony and Angela, Who's the Boss? notably launched the career of Alyssa Milano, who played the tomboyish Samantha Micelli, the daughter of Tony Danza's character Tony Micelli. Milano's character was a popular one, but after the show she managed to avoid the pitfalls many child stars fall into and parlayed her Who's the Boss? fame into a successful TV and Film career.
