How to Make
After mixing together the ingredients for the cookie/cake portion of the dessert, you will need to bake them on a baking sheet. The oven must be preheated to 400 degrees. When the dough has been mixed, it should be shaped into small balls and put on the baking sheet. The cookies should be baked for about five minutes or until they look done. After they have cooled, the frosting can be spread onto the bottoms of the cookies and put together to form a sandwich.Bakingsheet: Whoopie Pies
