How to Make White Fudge
- Melt white chocolate baking chips, sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Mix in vanilla and optional nuts, such as pecans.
- Pour into a square-shaped, buttered pan. Ensuring the pan is fully buttered will assist to remove the finished product from the pan without sticking or falling apart.
- Refrigerate until fully cooled. Cut into one inch squares.
- When storing, ensure the container is covered and in a cool place.
