Wetsuits were designed to wear during water activities and sports such as scuba diving and surfing. The main functionality of the suit, which is most commonly made with Neoprene, is to provide protection from cold waters and from the harmful rays of the sun.
Measuring the Wetsuit
Wetsuit measurements are determined by the thickness of first the torso and then the limbs: If the torso thickness is three millimeters and the thickness around the limbs is two millimeters, the suit would be a "3/2."
