Wedding fashion describes all of the clothing for the wedding party. This includes the bride's wedding dress, groom's tuxedo, and attire for the wedding party, such as for bridesmaids and groomsmen. Some weddings will be planned to coordinate the attire of the members of the wedding party, in which case a color scheme or theme will be chosen. Budgetting is a major factor in determining the fashion for a particular wedding. What theme is the wedding? Is it an outdoor wedding, perhaps at a beach? Will it be held at a particular resort (Vegas Weddings come to mind) or even on a cruise ship?
There are many styles of dress to choose from:
- Colour (basic white or other more flamboyant colours?)
- Silhouette (shape)
- Neckline (strapless, V-neckline)
- Hemline (floor-length, knee-length, mini)
Depending on the bride's taste, there are endless styles of dresses from many different designers.
