Webs.com is a free website creation site. The site has more then 300 templates, a page editor, a forum and widgets. Users can create blogs, organize photos and videos, create a web store or turn their site into a social network. Webs.com also offers a premium paid version.
History
In 2001, two brothers started Webs.com. Their idea was that in the future everybody will have their own website, just like everybody has their own email address. In August 2006, they received a Series A funding from Novak Biddle Venture Partners and Columbia Capital. The site is integrated with Picnik (photo editing) and GetClicky for web statistics.
Community and Culture
