  • Background

The influence of Silk Spectre's mother, Sally Jupitor, contributed to her desire to fight crime, and she assumed her mother's job of a vigilante, when Sally Jupitor retired.

After her love interest, Doctor Manhattan, departed Earth, she was forced to move in with Dan Dreiberg, when the government, who had retained her services, stopped her income and made her leave her base home. Silk Spectre had been untouchable to them previously because of her romantic involvement with the Doctor, as the government needed him because of his super powers. She eventually falls in love with Dan.

  • Characteristics

Vigilante Silk Spectre fights as powerfully as a man.
