Charity
The Warrick Dunn Foundation was established in 1997 as a way to help single parent households establish themselves in the community. The foundation builds homes for the underprivileged in the Atlanta, Baton Rouge and Tampa. As of 2007, the foundation has built 45 homes. The down payments for these homes were fronted by Dunn, who then works with the community, through the foundation, to help the families get jobs and establish college and retirement savings.
