Cryogenically Frozen?
There is a popular urban legend that Walt Disney was cryogenically frozen after his death and that his body is sealed in a tomb under the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland. This claim has been continually denied by Disney's family and discredited for two reasons. First, it is well documented that Walt Disney was cremated after his death. Second, the first person to be cryogenically frozen was Dr. James Bedford, an event that occurred a month after Disney's death.Snopes: Suspended Animation
