Waleed bin Attash is among the six men, dubbed the "Guantanamo Six," who were formally indicted by The Pentagon on February 11, 2008, for their involvement in the 9-11 terrorist attacks. Attash was allegedly selected to be one of the plane hijackers, but was unable to perform the task after he was arrested in Yemen.
