• YouTomb is a research project by MIT Free Culture that tracks videos taken down by the Internet video sharing website YouTube.

  The site gives information about which videos have been removed, with particular emphasis on how and why videos are taken down for alleged copyright violations.

  While users can get general information about removed videos on YouTomb, the actual full-length videos can't be viewed or downloaded from the site.
