    Anderson was drafted in 1996 by the Cincinnati Bengals with the 10th overall pick. He was drafted out of Auburn University. Anderson's play earned him five straight pro bowl selections from 2003 to 2007. He was also given a five-year contract extension in 2006 worth $32 million.

    Willie Anderson has become one of the more popular players on the Bengals. His work ethic and dedication have made him a fan favorite in Cincinnati. He is also very active in charitable events. He has made numerous donations to charities and was the Bengals team nominee for the 2004 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award for his contributions both on and off the football field.
