• NFL Career

  Wade Smith was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in 2003. Smith started in all 16 games of his rookie season at left tackle on offense. He played in six games his second season, starting two of them. In 2005, Smith was placed on the injured reserve list and did not play in a single game. He was released by the Dolphins the following season and signed with the New York Jets.
