Tom Gosinski is a former employee of Cindy McCain's charity, the American Voluntary Medical Team (AVMT}. Gosinksi allegedly discovered that Cindy McCain was procuring painkillers using prescriptions written out in his name and when he became angry, Cindy McCain allegedly fired him.
