Making The Child Star Transition
Tina Majorino began her acting career at the age of four when she appeared in several commercials. She was cast on the ABC situation comedy Camp Wilder at the age of seven, and was seen in 1994's When A Man Loves A Woman at the age of nine. Well on the way to child-stardom, Majorino took a hiatus from acting from 13 to 18, when she returned as the romantic lead in Napoleon Dynamite. Her momentum has continued with roles on Veronica Mars and Big Love. -
