Career
Tina Brown began her career as an editor at Tatler in 1979. She then crossed the pond and went on to have short stays at Vanity Fair and The New Yorker. She upped the circulation for both ailing periodicals. In 2001 Brown launched her own magazine entitled Talk. Due to the impending recession and lack of capital the magazine was shut down within a year.At the beginning of the century Brown began writing the New York Times best selling biography The Diana Chronicles while working as a special correspondent for CNBC. The book was published in 2007 near the anniversary of Diana's passing.
