• Tia Mowry rose to fame portraying the character Tia Landry in the sitcom Sister, Sister. She acted opposite her sister, Tamera Mowry, in the series. The twins were repeatedly cast in both film and television projects together. Tia struck out on her own in the TV series The Game beginning in 2006, in which she plays Melanie Barrett, the girlfriend of football player Derwin Davis.
