Theodore (Teddy) Pedersen claims to have had a sexual relationship with former New Jersey Governor James McGreevey. McGreevey's wife, Dina Matos, is divorcing the ex-governor under the pretense that she did not know that he was a homosexual. Pedersen will be called as a witness in the divorce case. Contesting to Matos' claim, Pedersen is expected to testify that he had numerous 3-way sexual encounters with McGreevey and Matos, before they were married.
