Plot
Bobby Boucher, played by Sandler, had been the waterboy for the local University of Louisiana football team since he was a child. Boucher takes the job very seriously, making sure the water is clean, cold and "high quality H2O." Fast forward 20 years and Boucher is still a waterboy at age 31, until Coach Coach Red Beaulieu, played by Reed, fires him. Boucher lands a new waterboy position at South Central Louisiana State University, working under Coach Klein, played by Winkler. Coach Klein discovers that Boucher may be able to help the struggling football team as a player. Boucher enrolls at South Central Louisiana State, which proves to be quite interesting for Boucher, who was previously home schooled by his very protective mother, played by Bates.Movie Quotes
