• Summer Glau is an actress recently casted in the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, premiering on January 2008.

    A professional dancer since age 12, Glau was classically trained as a ballerina and also studied Tango and Flamenco. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2002, Glau's first television credit was a guest role as a ballerina on an episode of the television series Angel. There she caught the eye of producer Joss Whedon, who later cast her as River Tam in his short-lived TV series Firefly which she reprised in the feature film spin off Serenity.

    Glau appeared in several guest starring roles on television until being cast as the Terminator Cameron Phillips in the 2008 television series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. In the show, Glau's character is sent back to protect John Connor and Sarah Connor from Skynet
