Steve Wozniak is an American computer engineer and is world-renowned for designing the world's first personal computer and co-founding Apple (along with Steve Jobs).
Wozniak was an early adopter of the Segway, a two-wheeled personal transportation device invented by Dean Kamen. He participates in a competitive Segway polo team, the 'Silicon Valley Aftershocks', who lost the 4th Annual Woz Challenge Cup in July 2009 to the Barbados team, the 'Flying Fish'. [1] <ref>

In 1975, Wozniak was working to impress members of the Palo Alto-based Homebrew Computer Club, a local group of electronics hobbyists, when he came up with the computer that eventually made him famous. Steve Wozniak met Steve Jobs in 1970 when Jobs was working a summer job at the same business where Wozniak was working on a mainframe computer. Steve Wozniak was announced as one of 13 celebrities who will compete on season eight of the popular ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars. Wozniak follows in the footsteps of another computer guru, Mark Cuban. Cuban was a contestant on the show in 2007.
