    The episode satirizes a number of topics, including Thomas Beatie, the "pregnant man," and the 2007-2008 New England Patriots. Cartman uses Bill Belichick and the Patriots as a model of cheating to get ahead. The episode also parodies films about inner-city schools, most notably Stand and Deliver.
