The Sony VAIO P series supports Internet connectivity through WiFi as well as 3G using Verizon as the carrier. In addition, the series comes with an internal GPS receiver and navigation software. In addition to the use of a regular hard drive, the P series can also be purchased with a 128 GB solid state drive, a feature designed to eliminate wear and tear normally attributed to hard drive failure because of moving parts.Discoblog: Sony VAIO P Series (January 8, 2009)
