• The Comedy Central mockumentary series Reno 911! is a parody of the popular reality series Cops, following the fictional adventures of the inept men and women of the Reno, Nevada Sheriff's Department. As with the HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm and the films of Christopher Guest, episodes of Reno are written in outline form, and the dialogue is then improvised by the actors. In 2007, the series inspired a feature film, Reno 911!: Miami.
